→ Firmware & BIOS: all components updated to current stable firmware; BIOS configured to your security and performance standard
→ RAID configuration: storage configured and initialised to your RAID profile
→ Base OS installation: bare metal provisioning of your chosen OS image, including network configuration
→ Burn-in testing: 24–48 hour stress testing to identify any hardware defects before delivery
→ Asset labelling: asset tags, rack location labels, and cable labels applied to your convention
03 – Warranty & Ongoing Support
Hardware problems don’t respect business hours. When something fails, you need a partner who responds fast and knows the product. Our support services are designed around the operational reality of running production infrastructure.
